Job summary:
Be an project assistant for CDO in meeting notes, gathering information, coordinating all projects and research information about new technologies when needed.
It's a great chance to work on a highly collaborative agile team and a fastest way to learn about project management and processes.
Tech working environment for Tech-savvy candidates.
Responsibility:
- Assist CDO in coordinate and follow all projects.
- Take note in all meetings of the team.
- Work closely and be an connections between teams in communication.
- Participate in researching new technologies requested by CDO.
- Be in charge of 1-2 projects to maximize personal capabilities.
- BA in Business Administration or related major.
- Fresh graduate is accepted, 1 year of project management experience is preferred.
- Fast, flexible, collaborative, willing to learn and deal with challenges.
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and result-oriented.
