Mô tả công việc

Actively participate in product design, including creating Persona, CJM, and USM.
Lead the ideation, requirement development, and launch of products and features.
Create and update Release plan, and sprint goals and prioritize product backlogs with CPO.
Work closely with stakeholders to negotiate and ensure product value and increments.
Work with the designer to create UI/UX flow.
Communicate with the development team about product features/requirements, roadmap, release plan, and product backlogs.
Work closely with the development team to make sure product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed.
Create the UAT and execute and feedback to the team.
Prepare release documents, and follow release procedure (run release approval meeting).
Be responsive to any stakeholders at any time about project and product status.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst
In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
Communication & negotiation skills.
Organizational & analytical skills.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Data-driven focus.
Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design.
Familiarity with Agile Software Development.
Japanese Speaking is a plus.
Have working experience with Japanese clients (Big advantage)
Have working experience in diverse projects such as Construction, Social Media, Live-streaming or etc. (Big advantage)
