In summary, Product Owner is responsible for our end-to-end product development execution. This means than you will have responsibility to make sure it gets built in the most efficient and effective wat to serve our customers.

Your role & responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features.
• Schedule and lead meetings to identify and solve product related problems for projects.
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
• Engage and challenge customers to surface opportunities for our product and complement them with data and external research to guide our prioritization.
• Work with our engineers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile manner, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently.
• Work with business users to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Follow through on new features and initiatives to see that they are adopted well by our customers.
• Be the leader at the forefront as this role would require strong collaboration across various teams and be the focal point for all stake holders nearly in all functions.
• Maximize your efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are norm.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• At least 5+ years of working experience as a Product Owner.
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker with a vision.
• Attention to details.
• Good at spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
• Know how to define the product roadmap.
