Product Manager

Working time: Flexible working hour, normally is Monday - Friday (10am to 6pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operations monitoring

• Manage, document & evaluate operations flows for optimization & robustness.
• Monitor key Operations KPIs to propose suitable strategy & effective actions, then communicate & collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive Ops KPIs to achieve target.
• Work closely with Operation teams to grasp the operations problems and update management promptly.
• Conduct competitor research to benchmark with the industry & develop a strong pulse on market trends, competition & opportunities.

Project Management

• Assist in the planning and implementation of Operations projects to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline.
• Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
• Ensure that the project status, issues or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately.
• Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned.

• 2+ year-experience in Operations & Project management with proven business impact.
• Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communications.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodology, project delivery process and ability to move decisions to actions.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, able to work in a fast-paced working. environment, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of integrity & responsibility.
• Solid technical skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Salary: Negotiable + 13th NET Salary (review salary each year)
