Mô tả công việc

Manage the product backlog by translating the product requirements into a prioritized set of well-defined epics and user stories.
Communicate effectively between Sales Team and IT to cover all items in product publishing & update timeline.
Support CS team to handle user reviews, questions and technical issues.
Perform market research by speaking with customers and prospects, working with industry analysts, and looking at competitive solutions.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Ability to work on multi-tasks effectively.
6 months - 1 year experience in developing digital product (website/ mobile app).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
Eager to learn new things and not afraid of challenges.
Good communication in English
