Product Designer

You will be responsible for leading the user experience design and interaction for Got It Product Range. This role works closely with the Head of Design, Product Owners, Business Leadership, Development teams. The Product Design Designer is tasked with creating cohesive experiences throughout our products that result in increased product quality, loyalty, and user satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is responsible for guiding the entirety of the design process from initial concepts through proofing a product release; this will include collaboration, reviews, stakeholder engagement, and working with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to balance the needs of different departments, all while retaining not only the focus on “Products for Customers”, but also the business goals as well. ● Thinking Deeply about how our products are used, and how they can be better.

● Advising departments about Design and User considerations in their products.

● Understanding the Customer's pain-point and solving the issues in flexible & smart ways.

● Diving deep to understand the value within the products and surfacing that in beautiful UI

● Understanding the value of Product Guidelines – using, creating, and evolving them

● Create and maintain a design system that work across multiple product.

● Design, iterate, and validate product ideas quickly.

● Communicate product requirements and user flows to Development Team.

● Interface with the Development Team to communicate the way a product should act.

● Get feedback from team members and organize pre-release testing.

● Review development build versions to ensure they align with the Product Goals and Styles.

● College/ Bachelor’s degree in Web Design/Mobile Design or Multimedia Design.

● 3 - 4 years experience in Mobile app (Android, iOS) & responsive website design.

● Passionate in product innovation.

● Experience with all phases of product development from ideation, wireframing, to final output.

● Good visual design skills—attention to detail in typography, spacing, and craftsmanship.

● Understanding that simplest solutions often work best, especially when each minute of engineering time is precious.

● Must have a portfolio that reflects a similar level of qualification.

● Familiar with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Overflow,…

● Great team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

● Good time-management skills

● Good multitask skills, open-minded, willing to learn.

● Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus.

● Knowledge of branding & graphic is a plus.

● Experience in campaign materials design is a plus.
