- Transportation control (Cars, taxi, grab, flight…)
- Work with agencies for airline-tickets, accommodation, travel insurance, visas and work-permits (if needed).
- Arrange the seating place for people working in the office; ensure the seating map is updated and published.
- Ensure the operation and quality of office machinery including photocopier, scanner, fax, main office phone and deal with suppliers when needed.
- Take care of minor office maintenance. Contact the building service team for any issues with lights, electricity, air conditioners and safety.
- Events of HCM Office (out-activities, year-end party, seminars….)
- Work on the contract terms & conditions, get the best pricing, manage PO and system operation on a daily basis.
- Review inventories and order as required
- Track the status of any orders.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods
- Prepare monthly purchase report in excel
