Mô tả công việc

Job Summary: We seek a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our team with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translator: Must have good Knowledge and translating skills into both the languages which is English and Vietnamese.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file documents both digitally and physically. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with various projects as needed, including research, data entry, and compiling reports.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members.
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well- stocked and organized.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, such as meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Sales Expert: Must have two years experience in commodity sales, and can actively help to increase the sale the commodity of company.
  • Travel: Must be comfortable in travelling in and around Ho Chi Minh City for any of the above reasons.


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
