A client specialized in revolutionizing the real estate industry with blockchain technology is looking for 01 Performance Executive. Duties include:

• Creating and executing strong performance marketing campaigns
• Optimize performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google UAC, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, SDK Channel
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns
• Ensuring successful execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Deliver growth through new initiatives and sources of growth
• Make data-driven decisions, closely monitoring metrics and performance
• Other tasks that may occur from Marketing Manager

• Knowledge and prior usage of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google UAC, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, SDK Channel
• Good at analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Adjust, and performance marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Have a good sense of trends
• Being highly driven with quick decision-making skills
• Proactive, open-minded, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing
