Mô tả công việc
- Cooperate with merchandiser for supplies debt reconciliation;
- Check payment documents and make payable transactions on bank for domestic and oversea payments;
- Do and monitor the advance and refund advance payment of staffs;
- Collect and check VAT invoices legally and Prepare VAT Declaration quarterly correctly;
- Record good receipts on Misa for inputting merchandises in stock, ensuring accuracy and same to Kiot;
- Check disposal records of rejected good and do stock out on Kiot and Misa;
- Follow Sample sale and issue e-invoice;
- Keep VAS book monthly, VAT invoices, documents payments monthly;
- Other tasks are assigned by Senior General Accountant.
- 2-3 experiences in payable, stock accounting
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese taxation, at least VAT and VAS
- Experience in Misa software
- English fluency is a plus
- Proficient in excel / words / powerpoints
- Negotiation, communication skills
