Mô tả công việc

  • Manage an Outbound team including Supervisor, Training Leader, QA, and Telesales in all aspects of a call center.
  • Supervise a dynamic team to support Company’ Clients through monitoring, briefing, coaching, and others.
  • Plan and execute strategies to ensure that all team members work closely to achieve team KPI and individual KPI.
  • Analyze and make decisions about problems during the operations to support Company’ Client.
  • Report to the General Manager/CC Director for any problems in the operations.
  • Develop performance of team members through training, updating information, and others.
  • Monitor to ensure that all members of the team are actively involved in the activities of Quality Service Management and Assessments.
  • Provide performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Clients
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by General Manager or Client.

Yêu cầu

  • At least 3-year experience in managing telesales team, nutrition industry is a plus.
  • Manage team size about 60 headcount.
  • Strong in project management skill and leadership skill.
  • Good at English both spoken and written.
  • Experience in managing to performance targets desired. 
  • Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong determination of KPI achievement.
  • Disciplined and high motivated to motivate and encourage team for improvement.
  • Proven ability to do staffing and scheduling. 
  • Ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to do multitasks and highly adapt to constantly changing environment. 
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skill. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced reporting skills. 
  • Moderate ability to identify and analyze data for trends and forecast.
