We are on the lookout for an exceptional Enterprise Application Developer, with a keen interest in field service solutions and enterprise applications, to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role presents a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to the development and enhancement of our enterprise resource planning ERP systems to serve our customer accross SEA region, with flexibility in working with either ERPNext or Odoo platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ERP solutions tailored to support field service management and other core enterprise functionalities.
• Engage in the analysis of business requirements, transforming them into high-quality technical solutions across ERP systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members to craft user-centric interfaces, ensuring an optimal user experience for our field service applications.
• Maintain a commitment to writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to best programming practices.
• Actively participate in code review sessions, contributing to the enhancement of code quality and team knowledge sharing.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ERP systems, with a special emphasis on Odoo or ERPNext developments, to continuously improve our enterprise application offerings.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise application development, with a particular emphasis on ERP solutions relevant to field service, finance, inventory, manufacturing, and CRM modules.
• A proven track record of deciphering complex business processes and devising effective technical solutions that bolster enterprise efficiency.
• Robust experience in Python for server-side development and a willingness to expand expertise in ERP platforms, specifically Odoo or ERPNext.
• Prior experience with ERPNext and/or Odoo platforms will be highly regarded, showcasing a versatile skill set in ERP system development.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, capable of tackling challenges unique to enterprise and field service applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within a team and with stakeholders.
• A self-starter who can work independently, as well as part of a diverse team, to meet and exceed project goals.
