Mô tả công việc
- Monitor the performance and delivery of network services
- Oversee and participate in the maintenance of network infrastructure
- Assist in developing change management, regular maintenance, documentation, and problem management processes
- Operate within a proactive network operations center system
- Maintain accurate information of all network infrastructure components
- Provide input and insight into network availability, capacity & performance, and disaster recovery
- Maintain positive working relationships with multiple vendors, technology providers and internal clients
- Work with IT Managers to provide relevant business reporting and context of the network environment
- Interface with IT Project delivery team to onboard new technologies into the operating environment
- Interface with IT acquisition teams to onboard new locations into the operating environment
- From 1 year experience of support end-user
- Have deployment experience of Aruba system and Wifeless Cisco
- Able to communicate in English
- Having a CCNA/ CCNP or Palo Alto certification is a big plus
- Good communication and handle situations quickly
