• Analyze requirements, propose and implement solutions for the company’s projects.
• Architect and develop shared libraries or frameworks that can resolve complex designs and interactions.
• Work with project members, responsible for the design/code review, development, and implementation & testing of software applications.
• Implement task lists, and estimate delivery assignments as functional specifications,
• quality standards, and project schedules.
• Optimize the company’s applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and give suggestions for improvement.
• Develop company-wide standards for development processes.
• Perform regular technical audit.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or related discipline or equivalent job experience.
• 3+ years experience in one of programming languages like C/C++, Java, React Native or Angular
• Experience in Data Structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service.
• Know how to balance between shipping fast and shipping robust software
• Willing to learn new tech stack
• Strong self-learning skill
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill is a must
• Hi-tech or automotive industry experience is a plus
