TBS Group is well-known as the largest shoe manufacture in Vietnam – except for foreign-invested companies. TBS with a large land bank especially in Binh Duong area has set up TBS Land to develop real estate development including high-rise residential, commercial include office and hotels, townhouses and shop houses developments. We are seeking suitable candidates for various positions to steer TBS Land to be one of the leading developers. Current projects include Mai House Saigon in Dist 3 (completed), Mai House Hoi An – The complex of Golf course & 6-star hotel which aim to be the new landmark of Hoi An (design stage) and many residential projects. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead in MEP design management of various projects at all stages to achieve project development objectives
• Sourcing, recommend and procure appointments of MEP consultants
• Coordinate with all internal parties e.g. marketing, legal, project/construction management, etc.
• Manage MEP consultants and review, coordinate all designs to deliver all required items for master planning, concept design, basic design, technical design, tender and construction within design schedule and project development schedule
• Assist in all design meeting and lead in MEP presentation to management
• Coordinate with internal and external QS in managing MEP cost within budget
• Conduct MEP design review, value-added engineering especially on MEP , cost-effectiveness
• Generate MEP standard processes for current and future projects
• Provide sharing and training on MEP for other staffs

• Bachelor of MEP or equivalent
• 8 to10-year experience in consultancy companies and residential development companies
• Must have to experience in full stages of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments
• Well versed in all local building codes and compliances
• Dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented personality
• Ability to use relevant software including AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit, Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.
