Marketing Assistant Manager

Simple Tech Investment (STI)

- Develop and deploy plans according to the marketing strategies in order to achieve business objectives

- Frequently monitor key performance metrics and competitors to propose timely action plans

- Support the development of new products via market research and business analysis

- Work closely with Product, Engineer, Data, and Sales team to develop Go-to-Market plans for new features

- Support the production of Sales toolkits

- Track the performance of marketing activities and compile post-mortem reports for key campaign learnings

- Manage ATL/BTL marketing activities

- Oversee the creative concept development and the production of creative materials

- Plan and control campaign spending within the approved budget

- Build a strong network with capable agencies and trusted external partners

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager

- 3+ years relevant work experience with integrated marketing campaigns with at least 01 years of experience in similar roles

- Good understanding of the media landscape 

- Excellent at data analysis and logical thinking

- A team player with good communication skills & smooth cross-functional collaboration

- A problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments

- Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once
