We are looking for candidate with many professional experiences and have responsible for staff training from all departments in the company. The main responsibility is to provide professional training for new and present employees so that they will improve skills and make effective contribution in the development of the company.
- Develop training materials, plan, conduct trainings for all departments of the company based on company's strategy and standards
- Follow-up with further actions after the trainings with employees/departments
- Manage company's online training system, including training results and planned activities for further development of employees/departments
- Manage costs for training-related activities and processes
- Participate in updating training programs, textbooks, other related documents
- Other related tasks assigned by the BOD
