Our client - a tech-enabled company in the healthcare sector is seeking a high-performing Legal Manager to join their BOM team. The caliber of our client will give you the opportunity to strengthen your analytical skills, effective communication skills and project management skills as you help our client implement their business plans in Vietnam & the Region.

• Preparing and providing advice/opinion on all aspects of Vietnam laws related to the business and investment
• Assisting in handling all licensing and regulatory compliance requirements for investment, business operation, and internal global mobilization
• Drafting, reviewing and preparing all types of corporate, investment and business-related agreements and documents
• Representing the company in liaising and working with the relevant authorities to seek related information and handle regulatory issues
• Review commercial documents and all legal matters
• Support BOM in M&A, fundraising with outside stakeholders

• Bachelor Degree in Law (Post-graduate education in related fields is an advantage)
• At least 05 years of relevant experience at reputable law firms or in-house legal role
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills
• High ability to work independently and in a team
• Very good leadership skills for teamwork organization and management
• Extensive experiences in managing the expectation of relevant parties
• English fluency is a must
