Provide legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to financial services and products offered by the group companies.
Ensure that all the financial services and products offered by group companies comply with regulatory requirements and applicable national laws of the countries concerned.
Organize and ensure legal support to group restructuring and general corporate governance matters.
Ensure legal support to M&A transactions.
Provide legal support and ensure that services and product advertising comply with regulatory requirements and applicable national laws of the countries concerned.
Draft and revise different types of business cooperation agreements.
Monitor draft laws and changes in legislation in the field of competence and to coordinate actions required to keep group companies compliant, mitigate or eliminate risks.
Carry-our researches, risk analysis and provide legal advice on documents, procedures and activities and compliance thereof with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop in-house documentation in the field of competence.

University degree in Law.
Fluent English.
Minimum 3-5 years in a legal position in an international company or a law firm. Experience in the financial industry will be considered an advantage.
Proven success in business law, strong business mindset and orientation toward the goal.
Good generalist knowledge of all the key areas of law.
Good knowledge of general corporate and commercial laws, previous specialization in financial services, data protection, and AML compliance is a strong benefit.
Proven ability to proactively provide insightful and timely legal support to stakeholders across a functionally and geographically-dispersed organization.
Ability to resolve complex legal issues, communicate complex legal issues to non-lawyers, consult and provide professional advice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Very good legal writing, drafting skills, and solid oral presentation skills.
Strong team player, flexible, international, open-minded person.
Stress resistant, resilient, able to work in a high-paced environment, set priorities, and open to flexible working hours.
