• Carrying out legal procedures, update, review and disseminate newly issued legal documents related to
• company's operations and propose Head of Department to amend the company's documents in accordance with the new documents.
• Draft the necessary documents to obtain the necessary licenses/permits related
• to the company's operations.
• Manage and check the status of all licenses/permits/Insurance contract of
• company.
• Manage and draft contracts related to administration Company's activities.
• Working with competent authorities related to the company's activities.
• Assist in the recruitment and training activities as required of HR Manager
• To coordinate with other department for company’s events or HR activities
• Monthly follow up & do the payment request of office related expenses (rent,
• Wi-Fi, Telephone, Electricity, water....)
• Perform any other admin duties which may be assigned by the management
• from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field.
• Equivalent work experience. Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training
• Good Communication and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Company.
