Learning & Training Development Specialist

We are looking for candidate with many professional experiences and have responsible for staff training from all departments in the company. The main responsibility is to provide professional training for new and present employees so that they will improve skills and make effective contribution in the development of the company.  

• Develop training materials, plan, conduct trainings for all departments of the company based on company's strategy and standards
• Follow-up with further actions after the trainings with employees/departments 
• Manage company's online training system, including training results and planned activities for further development of employees/departments
• Manage costs for training-related activities and processes
• Participate in updating training programs, textbooks, other related documents
• Other related tasks assigned by the BOD

• Graduated from colleges and above.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) .
• Having experiences at Finance companies or Banks related to the following profession is an advantage:

- Sales professional training.

- Debt collection professional training

- Training Softskills

• Ability to design video / audio construction and graphics is an advantage.
• Have knowledge about Elearning Training Tools.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills as well as Excellent organizational skills
• Be dynamic, careful and have ability for working well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, manage workflow and time efficiently.
• Have strong passions and creative thinking.
• Professional attitude and appearance; good pronunciation.
