WHAT WE DO TOGETHER:
- Build the competence framework for all job types in the company
- Evaluate individual learning and development needs from Sunner
- Define competence gap of employee
- Build the strategy for employee development, management development and leadership development in Sun*
- Participate in organizing L&D programs companywide to enhance learner’s experiences, support methodology to embed learning, ensuring optimum results
- Work closely with managers within the business to ensure business needs are met and L&D are providing a measurable partnership that adds value
- Research about new technologies and methodologies in L&D and make continuous improvement in L&D activity in Sun*
- Undertake any other reasonable duties/ projects which may be required from time to time

#Your skill & experiences:
- 1 year ~ 3 years experience in a Learning and Development role
- Experiences in building competency framework, individual development plan
- Having knowledge in L&D methodology and measurement metrics.
- Good command of self-researching
- Strong interpersonal skills and people-oriented
- Good critical thinking skill, negotiation skill
- Experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or working in IT Company is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
