• Manage Landscape design & Public Utilities projects as required by the company
• Provide design information for internal company on schedule and quality
• Propose to improve the Company’s product

Qualification:

•  Bachelor degree of Architecture – Planning

Working Experience:

• At least 3 years as a Consultant in the fields of Planning - Urban Design - Landscaping - Public utilities in urban areas
• Experience in Design management at Consulting company
• Experience in Design management at Consulting company
• Experience in SWOT analysis of real estate products

Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge about Planning - Urban Design - Landscaping - Public utilities
• In-depth knowledge of drawing records
• General understanding of construction materials, construction methods
• Master and update legal information related to the Design Law and the Construction Law
• General knowledge about construction investment activities, market situation, obstacles and difficulties
• General knowledge about information management and record keeping
