• Preparing email, SMS campaigns
• Preparing needed audiences for the campaigns
• Taking part in the retention strategy
• Assisting in customer support issues if needed
• Doing competitor analysis
• Helping with English - Vietnamese translations
• Helping with social media management
• Preparing needed visuals for social media (using canva)
• Preparing report of marketing activities

• From 1-2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
• Willing to learn spirit
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Working time: From Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
