The people in BA position is responsible for:

• Analyze the requirements from Customer, Product Owner, Product Manager.
• Work with team to define UI/UX for the software system.
• Work with PM/PL to write proposals, software requirement specifications as well as software design specifications.
• Ensure all specifications are documented and updated as needed.
• Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations.
• Transmission all requirements, document specification, use cases, prototype to dev team.
• Work closely with the development team and others to ensure the requirements are implemented as expected and identify potential change requests that may occur during development.
• Play the role of end-users to verify/validate the results/system against the approved specifications.

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 01 years of experience in Business Analyst (BA) role in software development projects.
• Knowledge about new technologies on Web and Cloud platforms
• Ability to research documents and analyze requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills and business mindset
• Excellent in using Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, accurate and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Be proactive, Self-Study abilities and Positive attitude at work.

Nice to have:

• Experience in QA is an advantage.
• Experience in programming/software development is an advantage
• Good Domain Knowledge in Retail is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communications skills.
• Good in English (both oral and written) is an advantage
• Refering candidates who have address around under 15km
