WORK LOCATION: 85 Nguyen Ngoc Vu, Cau Giay, Ha Noi

WHAT YOU DO:

You are expected to be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the networks of the company, ensuring appliances and equipment are always in good using condition.

• Following up & implementing security policies from Headquarter & reporting all security activities to line Manager;
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems (servers, computers, laptops, printers…etc) ensure smooth running and well maintenances;
• Connecting with the ISP (Internet, Voice, Cloud Server…) to manage and maintain the server, VPS of the Company in the DC of Telkomsel, Biznet…;
• Controlling Internet systems, telephone system and office appliances and machines;
• Resolving of incidents raised by end users or monitoring tools;
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT upgrade solutions to the Superior.

• Graduated from university in Information Technology, computer networking.. majors;
• At least 1-2 year experience about IT System Admin / IT Support;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Supportive & customer service-oriented;
• Willing to learn & take responsibilities;
• Good adaptability & hardworking (overtime working required with payment);
• Good at English is must.

• Working time: from 9AM – 6PM from Monday to Friday;
• Salary: Interested and paid 100% in probation period;
• 12 annual days;
