As a IT Recruitment & HR Officer, you will:

• Proactively creating a pool of candidates for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels
• Handling the recruitment process to hire the best suitable talented employees for the company. Including screen, shortlist, interview, reference checks, offer preparation for potential candidates
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
• Maintain positive working environments, build a bonding relationship with employees and between employees, and also the company culture
• Ensure and provide the best working environment for staffs
• Other tasks as assigned

• University degree or equivalent; major in either of Foreign Language, HR management, Administration management shall be an advantage
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT recruiting
• HR & GA experience will be preferred
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle several open positions simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Vietnamese
• Good English skills is a plus
• Desire to work in the Technology industry and a dynamic environment
• Candidate sourcing experience, utilizing both traditional and creative channels

• 13th salary is paid before Lunar New Year
