Recruitment (60%)

• Design & implement the overall recruiting strategy: sourcing plan & recruitment plan, etc.
• Develop & update job descriptions and job specifications, org-chart, recruitment process, etc. for Technical & Non-Technical Team.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job and requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job channels (online/offline).
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, networks, social media, etc.
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates on times.
• Assess application's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Act as a point of cọntract and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work".
• The other will be assigned by HRM.

Development (40%)

• Implement and monitor the Learning & Development plan.
• Implement and provide reports related to Organization Training and Development.
• Manage training and development records of employees.
• Coordinating/guiding the training programs: talent development program, successor plan, etc.
• Manage training assessment for internal and external training organization/lecture, training evaluation before and after the course.
• Support the TNA, Training surveys, evaluation and implementation of the long-term talent development program.
• Follow up PDP, E-learning, In-class training class process.
• Design the development and assessment centers, development centers, special leadership programs and individual development programs, focus on the key and high potential employees.
• The other will be assigned by HRM: Employee, Engagement, Internal/External communication, etc.

• 3-5 years working experience (at least 3 years in IT Field) in Recruitment, Development, HR Generalist.
• Good command of English.
• Ownership, willing to learn, can-do attitude.
