- Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Manage the process through interviews to offer stage and beyond
- Offer CV, interview and general career advice
- Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
- Work with client companies, find out about their business, their culture, their current and future recruitment needs, and develop a loyal business relationship with them
- Available experience in Headhunt Service Company/ IT Recruiter/ IT Researcher/ IT Sourcing/ Job Posting Sales
- Fluent English; Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese is big plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going, flexible
- Established ability to deal with people of different backgrounds and levels
