We are offering an immediate opening for an IT Helpdesk/ Technical Support based in our Ho Chi Minh office. The vacancy is ideal for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties. You must be able to work as part of a team and be able to communicate at all levels as well across all functions. You also can quickly shift gears between projects, and never have any trouble finding more work to do.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

  • Solving IT support requests directly from employees
  • Troubleshooting system and network issues
  • Maintaining the PCs (hardware, software) 
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
  • Managing client accounts and setting up integration links
  • Creating IT guides and ‘how to do’ manuals 
  • Conducting Daily / Monthly / Yearly traffic reports 
  • Analyzing big chunks of traffic data and its performance 
  • Researching, integrating and troubleshooting third parties for optimization of workflow

Yêu cầu

  • English fluency is a must
  • Mandatory experience working with tracking platforms, preferably Affise, other ones will be considered relevant too
  • Experience in managing API and S2S integrations
  • Experience in setting up and managing PCs (Windows, mac-OS)
  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing/Digital Advertising is not mandatory but desired
  • Knowledge about hardware, software, network and web administration
  • Basic knowledge in analyzing API callbacks 
  • Good skills in analyzing, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
  • Experience in handling documents and working with service providers
  • Passion and enthusiasm for supporting everyone
  • Willing to learn new things
