Mô tả công việc
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the level one issues in Desktop/Laptop/Mobile devices.
- Resolving issues like LAN, Wi-Fi, network access, internet, dial-ins, etc.
- Providing assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, PABX.
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software and providing assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end-user devices.
- Providing one on one assistance to the end-user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone/tickets/mails or in person.
- Provide assistance and hands and feet support to servers/networks whenever in coordination with offshore systems/networks teams in India.
- Can provide focused support to VIP Personnel
- Graduate in IT/Computer Science or equivalent major.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, End Users Support, O365 office products including, email, AD.
- Experience is ServiceNow Tool is an advantage.
- Experience in Windows installation, Manual and SCCM, good knowledge about: o Windows Certificates/services, o PXE Boot, UEFI Boot? o Windows update o Experience on SharePoint
- Experience in Multifunctional Devices/ Multifunctional Printers. - Configuring, Deploying, Maintaining, and Troubleshooting Windows Deployment service.
- Experience setup IP phone (Voice Over IP) (AVAYA, Cisco,..), and Video Conference such as Polycom.
- Experience in working on any Ticketing Tool such as Service Now
