• Installation and management of clients, systems and networks (on-premise and cloud)
• 1 st and 2nd level on call support for the local office and production environment
• Problem management and issue/ outage resolution
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
• User account and access control management
• Data backup and archiving
• Documentation of the local IT environment, creation of manuals and policies
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
• Engaging in the further development of the global RRC IT environment
• Involvement in other projects which are equivalent to these tasks within the scope of the IT Administrator’s skills and capabilitie

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
• Extensive experience with network administration – ideally including

- Administration of a segmented LAN environment (IT/OT)

- Firewall rule administration

- Capacity and QoS management

• Extensive experience with IT systems and related technologies - ideally including

- Windows and Linux server o Microsoft on-prem and cloud solutions (e.g. GPO, Active Directory, Teams, inTune)

- SAP ERP administration in a production environment (MM, PP, MES integration)

• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration, data backup/recovery and system security
• Automating company tasks with Python like extracting data from incoming Email / PDF / MS Office files etc. and process the data accordingly
• Data analysis with Pandas and Numpy and generate reports
• Automate communication between systems using APIs / automate business processes using APIs
• Automate regular tasks using cronjobs / automate reporting tasks
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
