• Translates project description documents and all kinds of work-related documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa
• Translate / Interpret during the internal meetings and external meetings with clients or via email, chat
• Support for developers in the process of developing software projects, translate daily reports for dev teams
• Report to line manager

• Prefer to have a Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or possess an aboard graduate degree in any field.
• Have experience working as a technical interpreter/translator/communicator in the IT sector
• Proficient in English in both written and oral communication
• Effective using of Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal skills (communication skill; emotional intelligence; negotiation, influencing skills; problem-solving and decision-making skill)

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of software development
• Knowledge about the Scrum framework
