- Participate in Corporate Finance Consulting projects.

- Contacting, collecting, analyzing information, meeting customers to introduce consulting services and implementing consulting documents for customers on the operations:

• Advising on securities offering services (including equity and bond)
• Advising on business valuation.
• Advising on listing and trading registration on the Stock Exchange.
• IPO, enterprise transformation consultant.
• Advising on capital restructuring
• Advising on legal compliance issues for public and listed companies.

- Project documentation:

• Actively implement projects.
• Ensuring the quality of service provided to customers:
• Proactively handle problems that arise with customers and work with authorities.
• Discuss and propose solutions to problems in the project implementation process with the Division Director.
• Review all documents and records before sending them to customers.
• Track and manage the progress of acceptance / liquidation / service contract fee payment.

- Perform other duties at the request of the Board of Management

• Graduated from University, majoring in banking and finance, accounting, auditing or other related majors
• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking
• Priority in securities practice certificates, financial analysis, and fund management.
• Strong knowledge of the regulation related to securities
• English is an advantage
