Recruitment and Employer branding (80%)
- Good insights of talent acquisition/ recruitment and practices with an overall
understanding of HR-related functions;
- Manage the entire hiring process, including requirement collection, recruitment
planning, interviewing, candidate selection, reference and background checks,
salary negotiations, and the facilitation of the onboarding process.
- Analytic skills with the ability to measure, report on the efficiency of recruitment
channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment
targets;
- Actively engage with the IT community by joining events, reacting and
commenting, sharing content with various groups to develop and expand the
company's presence on several channels and platforms
- Strong and proven networking ability, generating and driving a healthy and
talented pipeline of candidates through a variety of channels
- Strong in Employer Branding. Innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that
continue to push company branding to candidates
- Planning and joining in indoor or outdoor recruitment events (job fairs,
seminars...)
Other HR functions (20%)
- Be responsible for the internship program
- Managing External relationship part of the company to work with the Universities
and our partners
- Coordinating with other members of the team on Internal compliance or other stuff
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager or BOD
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Language or
relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Advanced English (4 skills)
- Have wide network in IT
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, social, friendly
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
