Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the restaurant's strategic goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain employee relations programs, including employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution processes.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the benefits administration process, including open enrollment and resolving employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Manage the performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada would be an added advantage.
