Mô tả công việc

Our client is one of the leading finance groups in SEA and offers a variety of financial services to its customers. The Group currently expands its footprints to South East Asia and has been experiencing remarkable growth in asset size with its solid expansion strategy. Therefore, they are looking for a HR & Admin Manager role in Hanoi.

Human Resources

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

General Affair

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5-7years of professional experience in HR or management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
