Mô tả công việc

1. Management and planning

  • Setting work goals, assigning, guiding, and monitoring the performance of departments, divisions, and employees within the scope of management
  • Coordinating with the human resources department to identify recruitment, training, and post-training needs to ensure that management staff are fully trained and fully developed
  • Participating in proposing regimes and policies for personnel in the department: proposed transfer/appointment/reward/discipline
  • Responsible for planning and orienting activities for the company
  • Business & Marketing planning
  • Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors of the company

2. Business

  • Organizing, operating, assigning work, directing all employees. Building business strategy, customer system development plan, managing, controlling, and guidance all Departments for it business
  • Developing professional processes and regulations in the field of business; evaluating the effectiveness of these processes and regulations in practice to continuously improve, help improve operations. (Building the rules and regulation of business, valuation of each staff for improve the work and increase the quality of work)
  • Organizing and implementing professional, effective, and sustainable business activities. (To set up a good environmental business, effective and durable)
  • Responsible for business activities before the Board of Directors. (Be responsible for company‘s activities with the BOD)

3. Training/ Administration - Human Resources - Training/ Administration and Personal

  • Coordinating with departments to recruit and train subordinates to operate the company
  • Approving the company's organizational structure, block, scope of responsibility
  • Review salary structure, salary scale, salary factors
  • Approving regulations on salary and bonus
  • Approving the results of staff evaluation and deciding the level of staff reward

4. Finance - Accounting - Finance-Accounting

  • Managing finance following Vietnam law and rules of company, co-operating with the finance department
  • Reporting termly company finance to the BOD

Yêu cầu

  • 3-5 years experience in the same position
  • University graduate or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration, MBA
  • Have more knowledge about Real Estate and IT
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Team training and development skills
  • Use English well
  • Determined
  • Enthusiasm, honesty, responsibility
