Mô tả công việc

I. Accounting

  • Issue sales invoice
  • Collect and verify purchase invoices, proceed payment to supplier, payroll, tax payment.
  • Manage cash book (if any) and bank account. Control account receivable/payable
  • Coordinate and liaise with outsourcing accounting company to prepare monthly report
  • Inventory management
  • Review and analysis the financial statement to prepare other internal reports, there are periodic report with the deadline as below:

1/ Cash and Bank Balance Forecast Report, deadline is the 2nd working day of the month

2/ Actual Submission Report, deadline is on the the 4th working day of the month

3/ Full Year Forecast report, deadline is normally from 11- 13th of the month

4/ FMM, MMM report, deadline is normally from 12-13th of the month

5/ ROIC report, deadline is on 20-23th of the month

6/ Other ad hoc report required by GM and AP Finance Team

  • To do forecast/budget plan
  • Working with Audit firm for year end audit
  • Working with any State Agencies when required

II. HR

  • Prepare, renew, terminate labour contract and manage employee list’s information
  • Calculate salary, compulsory insurance and union trade
  • Register, update, terminate SHUI contribution, dependent reliefs or tax code for staffs
  • Prepare quarterly PIT declaration and yearly PIT finalization

III. GA

  • To do booking delivery and import/export procedures
  • Purchase office stuff and manage company equipments
  • Preparing contract / documentations
  • Others jobs assigned by GM, AP Finance Team

Yêu cầu

  • Holder of a degree from a recognized university majoring in Accounting.
  • At least 5 years’ working experience working for PDI Company
  • Good with structure, systems and process
  • Computer skills such as Excel is a must
  • Ability to work in start-ups organizations; Willing to roll up sleeves to get things done
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese language and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills, sound understanding of financials and strong business sense
  • Adaptable, able to work independently and willing to work overtime to meet tight reporting deadline 

Quyền lợi

  • Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
  • Performance bonus (max 2 month of salary)
  • Allowance: 500k for meals, 500k for car, 600k for phone (Included in salary)
  • Insurance according to Labor Law
  • Opportunity to work with Head Office Sing.
