General Accountant

DEK Technologies Vietnam is strongly growing and Finance & Accounting Department is looking for a professional General Accountant to support us maintain and develop Finance and Accounting system for the company.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Monthly Closing Tasks handling such as journal entries for accrual, prepayment allocation, intercompany posting ... Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliation and P/L fluctuation analysis.

- Scrutinize financial statements for accuracy and make sure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Review account books and examine accounting systems to ensure they are efficient and follow all accounting procedures mandated by the company and the government.

- Maintain accurate and precise financial records, keep them organized according to company standards.

- Be responsible for cash flow plan, forecasting.

- Check payroll, document the company’s payments.

- Ensures execution of accounting related internal controls.

- Actively reviews and proposes changes to existing accounting processes.

- Provides accounting advice within area of expertise.

- Ensures fulfillment of accounting reporting requirements to authorities.

- Be in charge for tax in Vietnam entity.

- Display excellent time management and problems solving skills.

- Other tasks as assigned by Chief accountant.

- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

- 3-5 years of experience experiences working in General Accountant position, refer to have experience in Game/software industry

- Advanced in accounting software, MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

- Trustworthy, honest, careful, ethical and a quick learner

- Experience in a large/multinational working environment, IT industry or working with expats is a plus

- Be able to perform as an effective team player and also work independently
