Full Stack Developer (Java - Spring Boot)

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java Spring Boot.
• Collaborate closely with remote teams to clarify tasks and technical requirements.
• Analyze user requirements and contribute to system design and feature implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during integration, user acceptance, and maintenance testing phases.
• Manage workload and schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proficient in working with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and its related projects.
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML and CSS.
• Experience with frontend JavaScript development.
• Good understanding of API design principles and implementation.
• Skilled in writing clean and readable code.
• Familiar with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Experience using issue tracking tools such as Redmine.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset; international experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile development environments.
