- Write and edit various types of public-facing business cases focused on AWS
- Interview subject matter experts and other technical staff to collect information, prepare written text, and coordinate layout and material organization
- Translate technical or complicated information into clear, direct, and concise documents appropriate for audiences with varying technical expertise
- Submit drafts for technical review and edit to accommodate requested changes to ensure the clarity, completeness, accuracy, and quality of documents created
- Internalize feedback provided to incorporate into future documents to minimize reviews
- Experience as a technical writer
- Have knowledge of Information Technology or Cloud products is a plus
- Technical writing experience; strong written English skills.
- Ability to transform complex concepts into user-friendly verbiage.
- Experience designing, developing, and publishing educational content online.
- Experience developing documentation for cloud-based applications and Infrastructure is big a plus
- Demonstrated experience in communicating with technical engineers and coordinating work across multiple teams and departments
- Effective verbal and written communication
