We are seeking an experienced Frappe Framework/ERPNext Developer to join our development team and lead the customization and development of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions for field service industry that meet our customer business requirements and enhance their operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ERP applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system functionalities.
• Create and modify DocTypes, Reports, and Modules within ERPNext.
• Implement and manage API integrations with third-party services.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot applications to resolve issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the Frappe and ERPNext communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and MariaDB.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
• Previous experience in developing ERP solutions for specific industries.
• Certification in ERPNext Developer Training is a plus.
