Logistics and Operation tasks:

Business and Supply Management tasks:

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases
• Work closely with other teams on daily basis to solve their performance problems and make recommendations to improve business metrics
• Interpret, analyze and visualize data using statistical techniques and data management skill set
• Generate and maintain ad-hoc and periodical reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance on a regular basis.

- Assist to develop models to optimize cost related to Warehouse and Transportation based on performance efficiency indicators (inbound & outbound time, stock and wastage level, fail delivery, backlog management, lead-time, …)

- Provide deep-dive analysis and propose initiatives to improve performance and cost efficiency based on financial perspectives.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.

- Perform pricing comparison and competitor analysis on similar products;

- Tracking fluctuation in revenue, cost and gross margin of product category.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics or in a related field;
• Preferably 2-3 years of proven career track in Finance & Accounting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, experience related to FMCG, Retail or E-commerce is preferred;
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (data modelling, visualization, VBA), BigQuery, SQL;
• Excellent horizontal and vertical stakeholders’ management and communication skills;
• Highly energetic and self-motivated;
• Resilience, ability to perform under pressure.
