Finance Manager _ Real Estate

• Plan financial strategies for the Company to ensure sufficient and strong financial resources to meet the operational needs of the Company.
• Control financial activities of the Company in member companies to effectively manage the cash flow, loans and ensure compliance with the F&A management model required by the Company.
• Build relationships with external strategic investors / financial institutions in order to seek investment cooperation opportunities and develop additional capital sources for the Company when required.
• Build financial reporting processes and systems to capture comprehensive control and ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reports
• Build and improve the quality of professional staff with enough knowledge, skills and experience to meet job requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree of Finance, Banking, Economy
• Certificate of Chief Accountant, ACCA/CPA/CFA,

Working Experience:

• At least 5 years experiences in finance and accounting, 3 year experience at the same level
• Experience in real estate industry

Expertise:

• Deep knowledge about finance, accounting, tax, banking, economy and related regulations/policy.
• General knowledge about business management, strategy planning & human resource organization.
• Good knowledge of corporate law, securities, real estate and related specialized laws
• Know the principles of organizational structure and personnel management.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate results of the plan implementation
• Ability to work with high intensity & precision with detailed numbers. Excellent analytical mind and quick calculation skills, covering the problem.
• Sensitive to financial matters, cash flow, investment, and administration
• Experience working with banking partners
• Ability to comment, judge the market and sensitive to the needs of customers
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, negotiation, written and oral presentations
• Experience and skills of leadership, management, team building, team orientation, teamwork, team orientation and direction development for common goals. Ability to lead and develop in a development-oriented environment;
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Fluent use office software
• Experience and good use of systems software, specialized software for finance & accounting.
