English Teacher for Secondary and Highschool 

• Prepare English curriculum and teaching plans for secondary and highschool students under instruction of Head of Department
• Comply with teachers’ assigned school timetables and teaching standards
• Regularly assess students’ results to adjust teaching/ learning methods in order to improve students’ abilities
• Actively join the internal training courses for teachers
• Constructively connect with students and parents
• English teachers are required to join the school events held by Student Affair Department or assigned by the School Board

• Bachelor’s degree
• Other relevant professional qualifications, e.g. ESL Teacher Training Certification – TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or pedagogical certificate
• At least 1-year work experience as an ESL teacher
• Dedication to students and commitment to the teaching profession and ethics
• Good skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point …)
• Good teaching skills and communication with students, parents
• Proactive, responsible and high pressure adaption
• Passionate, creative, enthusiastic and be willing to change
