Engineering Manager (EM) manages the product engineering team to success of product development.

At least 8-10 years of experience in engineering management or similar roles in professional software product development or outsourcing environments.
Excellent organizing and planning skills.
A strong sense of software complexity
Comprehend both domain and technical aspects of individual components
Able to draw out trade-offs from engineering solution alternatives
Able to structurally break down and allocate tasks that utilize the best of your team's efforts and capabilities
Product-shipping driven
Define and optimize internal processes, maximizing engineers’ productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leader to deliver projects
Drive technical roadmap and direction
