- Perform daily maintenance and operations tasks related to system administration in a multi-server environment (Cloud, On-Premise).

- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance and performance tuning of the virtual environment utilizing Virtuozzo, VMware, Proxmox,...

- Manage the daily activities of configuration, provide assistance to users in accessing and using Infrastructure.

- Provide support to Infrafstructure including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

- Optimize system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting Infrastructure.

- Configure and manage Linux and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems/installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

- Provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems Ensure all backup/restore operations are effective

- Maintain and enhance system security across the environment Update documentation and maintain configuration control for the environment

- Manage multiple projects for improvements to the infrastructure

- Oversee patch remediation and software deployment.

- Typically 2-4 years of work experience in IT or business environment in computer science, engineering, information systems.

- Understanding of Information Technology operating processes used for systems to ensure effective delivery including but not limited to IT Operations mandatory operating standards for monitoring, logging, and alerting.

- Knowledge of support and operations practice, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience.

- Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, timing, and dependencies.

- Knowledge of scripting tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus. Knowledge of Container, Docker, Kubernertes is a plus.

- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.

- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

- Top salary range in the market (willing to negotiate)

- Compensation, pay raise approval at least 2 times per year, a 13th month salary depending on employee’s performance
