- Stay current with industry trends and find new ways to improve our system processes
- Deploy product/tooling updates as required while implementing integrations as needed
- Document and develop process automation
- Test system integrity, implement designs and other processes related to infrastructure while making improvements
- Build and maintain tools, solutions and microservices associated with endpoint management
- Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes
- Work with CI & CD tools and source control such as GIT
- Identify and deploying cybersecurity measures by performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- 2+ years of experience in a DevOps role
- Familiarity with supporting SaaS applications
- Build cloud native systems (AWS)
- Puppet, Chef, Munki experience
- Excellent troubleshooting
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile Principles
- Experience with Linux infrastructure, database, CI/CD tools
- Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as PowerShell or Python
- Previous background in IT Engineering/Helpdesk Role
