Development Project Facilitator (Japanese Native)

• Developing in-house systems and offshore development of SHIFT ASIA (Vietnam), which is SHIFT's global strategic base, and who can promote/supervise projects as a bridge between the Japanese headquarters and clients and Vietnamese members.
• Making use of your experience in upstream process development and customer negotiations
• Gaining various experiences depending on your career orientation and your own ability.
• Negotiation/coordination work with Japanese headquarters and clients
• Contract development product planning, requirement definition, basic design, detailed design, development, evaluation
• Requirements definition, basic design, detailed design, development, evaluation of in-house developed products
• Support and consulting for clients who have problems with the quality of offshore development
• Team member management, multiple projects, progress management

Must to have:

• Over 3 years of experience in corporate customer negotiations such as corporate sales and customer success
• Or system requirement definition, detailed design experience about 5 years
• Project management experience
• Communication skills in English (the level where there is no problem in communicating with non-Japanese developers)
• Interest and interest in improving the process of software development
• Interest in object-oriented languages, interest "

Nice to have:

• Information engineering or related degree acquisition
• Agile development experience
• Web development experience
• Customer's expected value control skill
• Offshore development experience
• English (business level or above) / Vietnamese is a plus
